    They are useless and never do their job properly!
You'll never guess what they did this time: after sending back my computer because they didn't connect the wireless correctly to the new screen and being assured that they wouldn't touch the hard disk (I asked the fucking stupid bitch 3 times and she said three times they wouldn't), guess what?!? They did and they actually erased all my files!!!! ALL OF THEM! I'VE GOT NOTHING LEFT!!!!
    My papers for the uni, my curriculum vitae, some hundred pictures (for I don't have them all on cds), all the voice messages of Peter, all my msn conversations with Peter, all my personal stuff, all my music (for which it's not so bad as I have the cds), all the videos I made of my niece and with Peter, the pictures and movies of the concert of Muse I didn't have time to enjoy... EVERYTHING!
    I so hate them at the moment. They asked me if I wanted another screen for I told them that was where the problem came from, as if they would listen to me the first time. But the girl I spoke to before the technician told me she would try to get me another computer, an upgraded one. Of course they will: because to add to the fact they didn't even solve the original problem they erased all my life!
    I'm not gonna let this go, no way!

    So if by any chance you wanted to buy something from hp, I tell you: DON'T!!!! They ain't good and are not worth the trouble: they really do suck!

     I just did a post and I had a problem with the connection (shity thing) so I lost everything! grrrrr
    I hate that so much! It's getting on my nerves coz it happens quite often. I already told the guys who take care of it that there was a problem but they wouldn't listen, bastards!
    Nevermind..
