Pear & mango cake
I love cooking but only if I cook for others. So I decided I'll put some of the cooking I do on one of my blog and this one is the lucky one! Hooray!
Pear and Mango cake
Ingredients
- 4 pears
- 2 mango yogurts
- 2 pots (of yoghurt) sugar
- 4 pots flour
- ½ pot oil or 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 bag vanilla sugar
- 1 bag yeast
Put the mango yogurts in a jar.
Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, butter and eggs.
You can also whip the eggwhites if you like.
Add half the flour and stir.
Then add the rest of the flour + the yeast and mix slowly.
Peel one pear and cut it into little pieces.
Add to the mixture and stir it so it would blend in it.
Peel and cut the other pears and mix them with a spoon so that the chunks don't get squashed.
Put in a cake pan and let it bake for 30 min.
You can serve it warm with tea, it's delicious!
